INFORMATION PACK
Before you leave you will be sent an information pack containing directions to the property and all the instructions required from when you arrive, from where you will obtain the key to enter the property to more importantly emergency contacts during your stay.

CLEANING & LINEN
Included in the price of your accommodation is a cleaning and linen service during your stay, bathroom towels and linen (not beach towels) are also provided.

COMPLIMENTARY WELCOME PACK
You will find upon your arrival at your property a complimentary welcome pack containing the necessary essentials you will need after your journey, an often welcome start to your holiday especially when arriving late at night. The basic pack will include items such as bread, milk, water, butter, jam, wine, juice, crisps, tea and coffee etc. A more substantial welcome package could be arranged upon request at a small additional charge including a celebration package for that special occasion like a wedding anniversary, honeymoon or birthday!

PROPERTY MANUAL
Finally a property manual is provided within the property which contains hopefully all the information you will require to enjoy your holiday to the full. Within the manual there will be local information regarding activities and attractions in the area and about Corfu itself not to mention some useful Greek phrases and recipes for you to try.

INFANT PACK
In most of our properties we can provide our clients with an Infant Pack containing a steriliser, stair gates, high chair, travel cot and pushchair and will try to endeavour to meet any requirements a family with small children may have. There is a small charge of £25 per week for the full Infant Pack though it is possible just to hire single items please enquire for further details.

SUPERIOR HAMPER & CELEBRATION PACKAGES
As mentioned above it is possible to provide a more substantial welcome package upon request again at an additional charge. We can provide items such as a fresh fruit hamper and a bottle of Champagne to greet you on your arrival for that extra special occasion. Please contact our office to discuss your requirements and the relevant additional cost. Whatever your request we will do our best to meet your requirements!

Please Note: should you require any of the additional extras mentioned such as high chairs, cots etc. please check availability and obtain a quote prior to booking to avoid disappointment.

2. When we receive your enquiry upon request we will reserve your required dates and hold them for five days giving you chance to obtain your flights and forward your deposit.
3. Should you wish to proceed with your booking you will need to complete a booking form and send this together with payment of a 25% deposit.
4. Once we receive your completed booking form and deposit we will send you a written letter of confirmation.
5. Finally the balance of your holiday is due 8 weeks prior to departure. Upon receipt of your final balance we will forward an information pack containing further details i.e. directions and contacts on the island etc.. Final payment must be made in order for you to secure your booking, we will send you a reminder 2 weeks prior to the due date.
